ORDERING FAQ

Do I need to have an account to order? No, you can place an order as a guest. However, having an account offers perks such as a quick checkout process, order status viewing, and updates on new releases and promotions.

What if I forgot my password? On the login page, click "Lost password?" to create a new password.

What if I typed the wrong email address? Contact us to change your email, name, and address; however, order changes are not possible.

Are there any exchange rates? Transactions are in US Dollars. If your credit card is in another currency, the order total will be based on the daily exchange rate when processed.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal, excluding personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order? Your information is SSL-encrypted during credit card transactions, sent directly to our provider's network. We do not store credit card details.

How do I change or cancel my order? We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Cancellations after processing incur a 30% cancellation fee.

How do I set my shipping address? Use English input; replace non-English letters. Changes cannot be made after processing or shipping.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Shipping address revisions are not possible after processing. Update to a residential address for customs clearance.

When will my order arrive? Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping option. Tracking information is emailed 24 hours after shipping.

How do I track my order? Tracking information is emailed a day after shipping.

Can I use several discount codes in one order? Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
